- We are looking for a skilled HR Manager who operates at astrategic level and acts as a true partner to the CEO.
- This role goes beyond traditional HR functions; it is aboutshaping the people strategy to align with company goals, creating an engagingculture, and driving will recruit, support and develop talent throughdeveloping policies and managing procedures.
- You have a strong understanding of business strategy anddemonstrate the ability to translate it into people strategies.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for and contribute to making the company a betterplace to work.
- Design and implement employee engagement and motivation programs that foster a high-performance, accountable,and collaborative culture.
- Lead organizational development initiatives, including talent planning, succession planning, andp erformance management frameworks.
- Build and maintain a cultureof open communication, recognition, and continuous feedback.
- Advise management on HRpolicies, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
- Champion initiatives that enhance employee experience, retention, and employer branding.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics to drive informed decision-making and measure the impact of people programs.
- Provide counselling on policies and procedures
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Develop training and development programs
- Assist in performance management processes
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legalcompliance
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as HR Manager, administrator or other HR position
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
- Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Strong ethics and reliability
- BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus
