Job brief

  • We are looking for a skilled HR Manager who operates at astrategic level and acts as a true partner to the CEO.
  • This role goes beyond traditional HR functions; it is aboutshaping the people strategy to align with company goals, creating an engagingculture, and driving will recruit, support and develop talent throughdeveloping policies and managing procedures.
  • You have a strong understanding of business strategy anddemonstrate the ability to translate it into people strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for and contribute to making the company a betterplace to work.
  • Design and implement employee engagement and motivation programs that foster a high-performance, accountable,and collaborative culture.
  • Lead organizational development initiatives, including talent planning, succession planning, andp erformance management frameworks.
  • Build and maintain a cultureof open communication, recognition, and continuous feedback.
  • Advise management on HRpolicies, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Champion initiatives that enhance employee experience, retention, and employer branding.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics to drive informed decision-making and measure the impact of people programs.
  • Provide counselling on policies and procedures
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Develop training and development programs
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legalcompliance

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as HR Manager, administrator or other HR position
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
  • Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Strong ethics and reliability
  • BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus
