dConstruct Robotics is pleased to announce the successful conclusion of BEAMP Cycle 5, a collaboration driven by EM Services, with support from the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) and the Town Council.
dConstruct deployed its autonomous robot, d.ASH-ER, at the Kim Tian Road HDB blocks to conduct corridor inspections. During a standard inspection workflow, the robot autonomously:
Equipped with advanced video analytics, d.ASH-ER can detect building defects, such as wall peelings, floor cracks and holes, as well as potential hazards like hanging flowerpots, and LPG gas cylinders, in near real-time. This successful deployment is a significant step in digitising and automating municipal building maintenance, reducing the need for routine, labour-intensive inspections while enhancing consistency and public safety.
The challenge statement called for the development of a robotic solution to automate routine and often mundane inspections for defects and hazards along common corridors and staircases in HDB blocks. With buildings ranging from 2 to 50 storeys and approximately 600 blocks managed under a single Town Council, current manual inspection processes are both time- and manpower-intensive.

From capture to analysis, our ecosystem streamlines operations and unlocks measurable impact for your business.
